2. Product Accuracy & Pricing

We strive for 100% accuracy in our iPhone descriptions.

For pre-owned/refurbished items, the "Condition" (e.g., Excellent, Good) is clearly stated.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error.

3. Payment & Security

All payments are processed securely through our licensed payment gateway and credit provider partners. We support various payment methods including Credit/Debit cards, Instant EFT, and secure digital wallets. For your protection, all transactions utilize 3D Secure technology and high-level encryption .

We do not store your credit card information.

Orders will only be dispatched once funds have cleared in our account.

4. Shipping & Risk

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery by the courier.

We recommend selecting Insured Shipping for high-value items.

Any damage during transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use our site for any illegal activity or to attempt to bypass our security systems. Fraudulent orders will be reported to the South African Police Service (SAPS).

6. Limitation of Liability

TekEdge is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of products sold on this site, including data loss on mobile devices.
